Urgent revamp of IT laws needed as law enforcement's tussle with social media broadcasters continue

With election season in full swing, several popular Youtubers and other influencers across the country have been at logger heads with state governments over their content. With limited legal avenues at their disposal, the respective governments often seek police help to reign in these content producers who are often mistaken by the general public for journalists.
