In November, he announced a break, stating, 'Navigating long-term mental health challenges can be a demanding journey, and recently, it has taken a toll on my well-being. As the host of the 'Mental Health Matters' podcast, I recognise the importance of prioritising my own mental health. Therefore, I want to inform you that I’m taking an extended break from the Triple M Breakfast Show to focus on regaining control of my well-being. I'll be back soon,' he added.
