Muller bows out of WSFM
By Jonas Lopez in Media News on Monday, 09th December 2019 at 4:13pm
Scott Muller is heading out of WSFM and the ARN organisation altogether.
An ARN representative said Muller moved on as his two-year contract as WSFM’s content director had lapsed. However, he is not among the 90 redundancies Southern Cross Austereo announced earlier this month.
When asked by Radio Today about future moves, Muller said he could not reveal anything until after the holidays.
“It’s been a career highlight, an honour, and hilarious fun to work with Jonesy & Amanda, EPs Laura Bouchet and Millie Michael, and the whole WSFM team to set new all-time ratings-records for WSFM,” he said.

Lizzies Winners 2026: Best Consumer Technology Media - Pickr
By Will McLennan in Media News on Friday, 01st May 2026 at 2:47pm
Winning a Lizzie to Pickr’s Leigh :) Stark means that people are reading and appreciating his work.
Stark says this after winning the Best Consumer Technology Media award at this year’s Samsung Australian IT Journalism Awards.
“One of the best forms of validation is that other journalists are reading it and judging it and saying that it's solid content”, Stark told Influencing.
“When you're in a small newsroom, you have an editor who can give you that. When you are your own publisher, there's the occasional friend and other journalist out there who will tell you what's happening, but that validation you get from the judges is really important.”
Stark explained that it was an absolute honour for Pickr to be adjudged Best Consumer Technology Media.
“[Pickr] is about trying to make consumer technology easier and more connectable for people, and to have judges more or less say that it's the best consumer
