In a historic verdict that could have far reaching consequences, a nine-judge Supreme Court bench Tuesday rescinded a 46-year-long socialist interpretation of Article 39(b) of Constitution to authoritatively rule that community resources cannot encompass every private property. With the objective of staying up-to-date with technological advancements and using modern technologies like Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), the MIB seeks to deploy an integrated dashboard, an AI/ML-powered solution that will analyse recent news stories to forecast emerging trends. The ministry has also added the latest bid-specific terms and conditions that will supersede any previous terms.
