Happiest Places to Work launches India’s first happiness-focused awards

India will host its first workplace happiness-focused awards with the launch of the Happiest Places to Work Awards, aimed at recognising organisations that prioritise employee experience and positive workplace culture. The inaugural ceremony will be held in Mumbai towards the end of July, bringing together senior corporate leaders from across industries.
The awards will be chaired by Harsh Goenka, Chairman of RPG Group, and judged by a jury comprising leaders, including Achal Khanna, Harit Nagpal, Pavitra Singh, Dr. Atul Hegde, Dr. Prajjal Saha, Nitu Bhushan, Pushp Kumar Nayar, and Sunita Cherian.
