Big news of the day is of course the demise of Pope Francis and the tributes flowing from all corners of the world including from Australian politicians Albanese and Dutton, both of whom have suspended campaigning for the day as they honour the deceased Pontiff, as reported by the Sydney Morning Herald at 8.35am.
But this evening Peter Dutton and Anthony Albanese will once again face each other in a live TV debate, this one run by Nine. Makes you wonder how it’s going to be any different from the other TV debates. The last one is on Seven, just days before the polling booths officially open.
