By Ashutosh R & Abha Gandhi · The Times of India · Page 6
An in-depth investigation into why two-wheeler riders in Delhi are hesitant to switch to electric vehicles despite the city's EV policy. The story uses comparative data on costs, charging infrastructure gaps, and subsidy structures to explain the slow adoption, and frames the policy's distance from reshaping one of India's largest two-wheeler markets.
The story combines original data visualisation on e-scooter versus petrol bike economics with on-ground consumer sentiment, offering a genuinely analytical policy audit rather than a press-release summary.
