At the same time as the high level tournaments, grassroots gaming, freeplay and fun festival activity provides fun for competitive players, spectators and gaming fans. The majority of players are here for love of the game and community, while the aspiration to be the best is there, and even win over $50,000 in cash and prizes
On July 10-12th, BAM will host nearly events for gaming communities at the new Bundha Sports Centre in North Fitzroy

As a major event on the global fighting game (FGC) circuit, BAM is both a community event and an international gaming destination. BAM is the biggest event of the year across the ANZ fighting game community. Players join from all over the country to claim a coveted BAM trophy and enjoy the fun and glory of competing.

Starting from local community gatherings it has grown to become ANZ's premier community for social and tournament play in the fighting game community (FGC). The key to finding friendlies and competition for famous titles such as Street Fighter, Tekken and Super Smash Bros among many more. Each season of online and live events nationally, awards players points on the league ladder all players can participate in.
