Trusted Aerospace Engineering (TASE Global), a leading global precision manufacturing firm with established operations across India, the United States, and Europe, announces the inauguration of its new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Sriperumbudur on January 22, 2026.
The facility was inaugurated by Dr. Eng.Masahiko Mori,President, DMG MORI, Japan.
This facility, built with an investment of INR 150 Crores, is dedicated to building aero structure components in addition to the existing manufacturing of aero engine and precision medical components for export.
This strategic expansion represents a significant milestone in the company's journey as it enters the surging global market for aerostructures, currently valued at approximately USD 70 billion annually. This facility positions the company to capture a substantial USD 100 million revenue share within the next 3 years through increased aircraft production and defence programs worldwide.

Partnership with Industry Leader DMG MORI
Central to this growth is TASE Global's partnership with DMG MORI, which has outfitted the new facility with 30 advanced high precision machines, renowned for blending German engineering precision with Japanese technology. DMG MORI combines advanced CNC technology, automation, IoT, and intelligent software to deliver optimized, future-ready production solutions.
A Tokyo Stock Exchange-listed powerhouse serving aerospace, medical, automotive, energy, semiconductor, and precision engineering sectors, DMG MORI has 13,500 employees, 17 production plants across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, and more than 300,000 machines installed in 44 countries.

Facility Overview - Phase 1
The Aerostructures Unit - spans 40,000 square feet and houses DMG MORI machines that ensure superior quality, high accuracy, repeatability, and robust process reliability, fully compliant with the aerospace industry's stringent standards. Capable of machining components up to 6 meters—including critical structural elements like frames, spars, ribs, longerons, door assemblies, and floor beams—the facility supports a INR 150 Crores investment and will generate 200 new employment opportunities for skilled professionals.
Mr. Sankararaman Vaidyanathan, also said, "This market-driven initiative fulfils growing demand from civil and defence sectors while accommodating existing orders, solidifying TASE Global's role as an end-to-end strategic partner for major Tier-1 OEMs in the Americas, Europe, Japan, and APAC regions.
The next phases
- The first is a 30,000 sq ft Surface Treatment Facility incorporating a Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) system for environmental compliance, launching by April 2026 with a INR 40 Crores investment. TASE Global will be among the few in India to have a 4-meter Surface Treatment plant.
This facility will cater to processes such as Anodizing, Conversion coating, Passivation, Non-Destructive Tests (FPI, MPI), Painting, Platings - Cadmium, Zinc, Zinc Nickel, Chrome and Electroless Nickel Plating
- The second is a 40,000 sq ft Semiconductor Division with a world-class cleanroom and specialized machines with an investment of INR 60 Crores, It targets full operations by December 2026, leveraging TASE's precision expertise to tap into the booming semiconductor sector.
The facility will also house state of art precision manufacturing machineries from DMG MORI.
