Mable’s mission is to enable people with disability and older Australians to live the life they choose, while empowering and delivering better outcomes to independent support workers by changing the way community support is delivered across the country. With a belief that every person should have control over their own lives, Mable gives individuals the freedom to choose and connect with a team who share their interests and suit their needs best. The platform has connected thousands of individuals with the support team members they need since it was founded in 2014, and has facilitated more than 1million hours of support to-date, with approximately 4,200 approved and active independent workers on the Mable platform.
