Wilson joins BuzzFeed Australia

BuzzFeed Australia will be welcoming Cameron Wilson onto the team on 1 October.
Editor Laine Sainty said Wilson will be tasked with covering Australia’s tech industry and internet sphere.
“Cam will lead our coverage of the Australian internet, looking at how the spread of information and online movements influence our politics and media. Buzzfeed News is a global leader in this exciting and evolving space, and I am confident Cam will set the bar high in Australia. He has reporting chops, a deep understanding of the social web, and is full of ideas — I can’t wait to work with him,” she said.
Wilson is currently wrapping up affairs at ABC Midwest/Greatbelt in Geraldton, WA, where he had been for the past six months. He joined the ABC in August 2016...
