Publicis Communications has announced the purchase of The Herd Agency today, which includes major comms practices N2N Communications, Touch Creative and Fuel Communications.
As part of the acquisition, The Herd Agency will now be known a Herd MSL and joins Publicis Group’s network of over 3,100 staff in more than 100 offices worldwide.
MSL is the strategic communications and engagement group of Publicis, with the Herd MSL acquisition serving as a launch for the brand in Australia.

Publicis Communications ANZ CEO Michael Rebelo said that the acquisition will allow his company to offer fully integrated PR services in the ANZ region.

MSL global CEO Guillaume Herbette added that he is thrilled to bring the MSL brand to Australia as part of the acquisition.
