OPR logo (photo credit: WPP AUNZ)WPP AUNZ agency Ogilvy PR Australia has completed a rebranding that resulted in a change of business name to opr and going out of the Ogilvy network as a new company under the WPP AUNZ umbrella.

Under the new setup, Ogilvy PR Australia’s mission and vision, and the client list remains as they were. opr will still handle Ogilvy’s Australian PR work and collaborate with Ogilvy’s APAC network. Richard Brett continues as CEO. The opr branding will be evident in associated materials such as the website and credentials.

Ogilvy PR Australia’s Pulse, Howorth and Parker & Partners remain as specialist outfits. Ogilvy PR Health becomes opr health, and Ogilvy Impact is renamed as opr Employee Experience.

“The opr brand provides a new position in the marketplace, the business otherwise continues as usual. It will continue to service our outstanding and market-leading clients, our talented team will continue to provide best-practice communications campaigns and programs and our strong relationship with the broader WPP family remains. Same leadership, same talent, same expertise – and a different name,” said WPP AUNZ PR & PA CEO Kieran Moore.
