IMPACT sports new sheen

Company managing director Nicole Webb said the new outfit aims for information-rich campaigns where the message will be easily understandable instead of presenting them from a “pure PR” standpoint.
“The big data wave of the last five years has seen an explosion in analytics and data-led strategy. Data is great, but without context, it fails to explain why we do what we do. We felt the pendulum has swung too far; that marcomms professionals had forgotten that on the other side of the data were human beings, living and breathing in the real world,” said Webb.
